$1,000 Credit Union Scholarship Winners Announced

GRAND BLANC, MI – The Dort Federal Credit Union Board of Directors has announced the recipients of the 2017-2018 $1,000 Student Scholarship award. The Board of  Directors were thrilled to receive more than 80 applications this year as part of the annual program. These seven students were selected based on a variety of criteria including GPA, letters of recommendation, and a written essay. Keeping with the credit union tradition, all applicants were asked to submit a  brief essay describing what the credit union philosophy “People Helping People” means to them.
