During the month of November, Dort Financial Credit Union will proudly be taking part in community events by supporting organizations through sponsorships, attending local events, raising awareness of issues, and by celebrating the upcoming holiday season. November 12th, Military Appreciation Night with the Flint Firebirds
All active duty military and veterans are invited to attend this hockey game at the Dort Financial Center with free admission when valid ID or credentials are shown at the box office. Dort Financial has once again partnered with the Flint Firebirds and various other community organizations to provide free admission to all military attendees.
All month long in December, 25 Days of Giving with Catholic Charities
Dort Financial Credit Union is encouraging members to drop off their gently used and brand new winter items at all branch locations throughout the month of December to benefit Catholic Charities of Shiawassee and Genesee Counties. All items, including gloves, hats, scarves, winter coats, socks, and hygiene products must be dropped off at a Dort Financial Credit Union location before December 24th, in order to be delivered to local families and individuals in need, through Catholic Charities.
December 3rd, YMCA of Greater Flint’s Santa Run and Fenton Chamber of Commerce’s Jinglefest
Join us on December 3rd for holiday fun in two different cities! We are excited to return as sponsors for both the Santa Run in downtown Flint and the Jinglefest in downtown Fenton.
